IMMIGRATION NEWS : UPDATED ON 04/05/2020
1.) 1st Jan - 12th Mei = Leave the country, no SP needed. Straight to the airport within 14 days after MCO. Passport still valid.
2.) 31st Jan and before = For all transactions, have to refer with the enforcement unit with Memo. Company to apply appointment through MyHelp to get the Memo. After getting the Memo, company need to go through STO (Sistem Temujanji Online) www.sto.imi.gov.my starting on the 8th May for the appointment with enforcement
3.) 1st Feb - 17th March = Special Pass with payment. Endorsement to be done within 30 days after MCO uplifted. No need to refer with enforcement. Special Pass document to attach under supporting document. Endorsement+SP in one transaction.
4.) 18th March - 12th May (During MCO)= Endorse new and renewal. Special Pass Gratis. Need to apply SP but no fees apply. To be done within 30 days after MCO uplifted. No need to refer enforcement. To attach the Special Pass document under supporting document.
